How Do I Move In?

  • First, contact us at Domcolello@gmail.com or text us at 518-380-6789 to schedule a showing.  When you decide that you would like to apply, head to our website cchomesalbany.com and fill out an application form. Every person who will be residing in the home, must fill out an application. When all applications are submitted, we will send an invoice for $20 per application, which will cover the costs of background and credit checks. If approved, you will be contacted and will have two weeks to schedule a lease signing. 

What Are The Qualifications?

  • Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.

  • Applicants must have positive references.

  • Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgement from previous landlords.

  • Applicants must have strong financial history with a credit score of 600+ and a monthly income of three times their individual monthly rent. If applicant has no credit history or is unemployed due to school, a parental/co-signer agreement addendum must be completed. This can be found in the Rental Documents section. 

  • Applicants may not possess any criminal felonies, a background check will be conducted.

What's Included?

  • Water, garbage and lawn care are all included in your monthly rent. 

  • Electric/Heat and Cable are NOT included and will need to be put in tenants name upon move-in date. (These can be included upon approval, please ask for more information)

  • Garbage is to be placed curbside Tuesday afternoons after dark and will be picked up by the city.

What Do I Bring to The Lease Signing?

At the time of the lease signing, all applicants named on lease must have:

  • Drivers License or other legal form of picture identification

  • First months rent in the form of cashiers check or money order. These can be obtained from your bank or local convenience store.

  • Full security deposit including any additional fees such as pet fees. Must be in the form of a cashiers check or money order. 

When is Rent Due and How Do I Pay?

  • Our lease periods run from June 1st - May 25th 

  • Rent is due on the 1st of every month, with the only exception being first months rent. Which is to be paid at the lease signing. 

  • A grace period is given until the 5th of the month. On the 6th, a late fee of $50 will be added. 

  • Rent will be paid using Quickbooks Invoice. Tenant will receive an invoice via email one week prior to the due date. Invoices are payable by checking account or debit card. 

What If My Home Needs A Repair?

  • For all non emergency repairs, please head to the Rental Documents tab and click Maintenance Request. Please fill out the form completely and we will contact you with further instructions.
